The concept of Muse Me is creating together and sharing around the world.
An experiment in bringinging together participants located elsewhere to creation together. Audiences participate in the performance through the sharing of food.
A box figures as a non space, a mobile medium that can be carried and situated in open space, the parks and piazzas of the world. It is thereby everywhere, reaching towards the skies of the universe.
Musicians collaborated with are located in their respective studios around the world.
The dance and music from the studios , created in parallel time and streamed to each other through an internet site are shared with audiences in realtime as they are actualized. A pre-recorded beat serves as a heart flow that connects the participants together – the dancer and musicians follow this heart beat to connect and create together.
A performance of music and dance that are created in unification is projected t o third locations and the world through the internet.
Audiences : communities of here and there are allowed a peephole to the performance.
Voyerurism and Peepholes
THOSE HERE : AROUND THE PARK, LISTEN TO THE MUSIC AS IT IS STREAMED, AND CAN WATCH SHADOWS OF THE DANCE THROUGH THE SCREENS OF THE BOX, OR LOOK IN THROUGH LITTLE PEEP HOLES – resonating of a voyerurism into a process of creation

MUSE ME LIVE – music and sounds come from a box in the public space – audiences are drawn to a show they can hear but cannot see. Peep holes provide a contrasting openness to the performance
MUSE ME INTERNET : the internet images of the music and dance offer another voyeuristic peephole into a creative coming together taking place in a psychic non space – the peephole into the solitary / collaborative space of creation.

The operation of contrast : a performance in open space not seen, only heard.
And a private dance exposed around the world – through voyeuristic peephole cameras adorn the insides of a solitary box
